At Go Glycol Pros, we strive to ensure you receive the highest quality glycol and HVAC fluids for your critical systems. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals are intact and including a copy of your approved RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; please note that hazardous material shipping regulations may apply to certain fluid products.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
